What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director Europe, this position holds responsibility for the East Europe (EE) region. With five reports based across the region, the position will be located in Poland out of a home office. As the Sales Manager EE, you will actively contribute to shaping Technical Insulation's strategies and initiatives, ensuring their effective implementation within the region. Your overall responsibility will be to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in a highly competitive and challenging industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up budgets and action plans for the unit, monitoring progress and assuming full responsibility for the key figures in the East Europe Region.
- Defining and implementing business plans and strategies, supported by detailed budget and sales action planning tailored to specific areas and countries.
- Coaching, managing, and facilitating employees, fostering efficiency in goal attainment while upholding our values and customer-centric approach.
- Cultivating a high-performance team across different geographical locations, with a high degree of collaboration, cohesion, unity, and motivation, whilst empowering every team member to contribute their best.
- Expanding and maintaining existing and potential markets to achieve defined goals, while nurturing personal connections with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development and realization of overall TI strategies and objectives.
- Ensuring coordination and alignment of plans and strategies with other TI disciplines.
- Leading and/or participating in projects.
What you bring
- A university degree in engineering or a related business field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably within industries such as process, industrial, or engineering, where you have effectively driven positive change.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing management within dynamic and challenging markets.
- Proven experience in managing international markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
