Sales of technical insulation (ProRox) to the Japanese region, dealing with Petrochemical & Power segments (mainly). Person is responsible for developing strategy & implementing high sales growth for the Japanese market. This includes business development, Working directly with stakeholders such as: Owners, FEED, EPC Companies and Insulation contractors. Working with Channel partners ( distributors) to support the business is also part of this role, but it is not the main focus.

Key responsibilities
Working with a variety of customer stakeholders. Focusing on insulation that is used in day to day maintenance as well as potential for large infrastructure projects, working as early as possible on specification. Making pricing policy for quotations in various markets and agreeing project pricing and discounts.
Developing distributors to support the underlying day to day business (i.e. maintenance) and working on price levels to support this business. Heavy focus on ProRox differentiators vs our local competitors ( Slagwool and CalSil) with heavy focus on corrosion and other sustainability parameters.
