K2 - Line Operator

We are seeking a K2 Line Operator join our team in Byhalia, MS. 

The shift for this role is 5:00 PM-5:00 AM, with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

What you bring:

• Experience in machine setup and computers

• Must know how equipment operates in order to clear equipment safely.

• Good understanding of H+S requirements and works in a safe manner.

• Self-motivated with the drive, commitment and high energy to motivate others

• The ability to understand Key Figures and how to maximize the output 

• High school or equivalent

• Drive, commitment, positive attitude and high energy  

What you will be doing:

• Ensures that product changes are done smoothly with least amount of waste

• Monitors all production screens with regards to pressures and temperatures

• Addresses all deviations in a proper and timely manner

• Follows the production schedule unless instructed different by the Supervisor

• Completes Start-up, Rounds and Shutdown checklist as scheduled

• Works in a safe manner and follows all established Safety rules

• Ensures that the area of responsibility is kept clean and tidy
