Your future Department
You will join ROCKWOOL Group’s global IT organization with more than 250 employees, located in more than 10 countries and work in partnership with Global Marketing and Communication, to further digitize the customer journey, end-to-end from customer engagement through manufacturing to delivery. The next level of digitizing will focus on product configuration, product calculators, customer relationship, customer service and quotation based on MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service. We have started preparing for the next generation of ERP, and MS Dynamics 365 CRM will be one of the cornerstones in the future IT landscape and merge the efficiency and personalization of B2C digital experiences, with the complexity of Rockwool's B2B needs.
What you will be doing
You will be a part of our team of 3 Solution Architects focusing on Sales and Marketing and will be a trusted advisor for Business Stakeholders, IT management and vendors, ensuring the solutions fit with our strategy and target architecture. Immediate focus areas will be making MS Dynamics 365 CRM composable and ready for the next generation of ERP.
Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:
Lead the design and architecture of MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, technical standards and composable thinking
Ensure that our MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service follow best practices from a technical perspective and are scalable and maintainable
Engage in new ideas and concepts, collect requirements, assess and recommend new solutions, develop business cases and recommend projects and deliveries to management
Create and maintain target business and digital architecture and roadmaps for the area of Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service
Ensure architecture compliance for projects in the area of Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service
What you bring
You have
A Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
Minimum 10 years of experience with design and implementation of solutions within the customer journey with focus on Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
A professional understanding of architecture and process modelling methods
You speak and write fluent English
Furthermore, you have:
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Customer Service Workspace/Hub, including customization and configuration using the Power platform.
Proven ability to design modular, API-first solutions that decouple CRM/ERP logic, utilizing headless frontend approaches or composable Uis for customer experiences.
Understanding of customer lifecycle management, including Lead-to-order and order-to-cash processes, and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience designing complex IT landscapes with data models and integrations aligned to MACH principles and event-driven architecture using technologies like Kafka and WebHooks.
Familiarity with commercial systems such as Marketo, Anywhere 365, Showpad, InRiver, Pros, Configit, and composable commerce, as well as knowledge of SAP ERP sales and marketing modules.
Certification in MS Dynamics 365 CRM or related Microsoft technologies
As a person, you have strong analytical skills with a focus on providing visible business results, a natural talent for communication and presentation, and strive for close relationships with your stakeholders.
