Your Future Team:

Digital is ROCKWOOL Group’s IT organization that supplies global solutions and connectivity to around 12,000 ROCKWOOL employees in more than 40 countries. Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop, Desktop computers, Printers, related IT sanctioned peripherals and software
• Ensuring Laptop/Desktop/Tablets interconnect seamlessly with corporate systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, switches, routers, etc.
• Resolving and repairing any PC/Windows related issues
• Preparing and rolling out new hardware Laptops \ Desktops
• Assisting with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventory
• Configurating and troubleshooting on devices
• Coordinating device repair through our suppliers
• Maintaining Service Level Agreements goals and targets
• Handling user request/technical issues as per policies and guidelines
• Complying to the IT processes and Standard Operating Procedures

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a global support environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of technical IT environments
• Previous IT support experience
• Ability to build relationships and provide high level of customer service
