What you will be doing:  

The Software Architect will lead the development of full-stack solutions, ensuring alignment with both technical and business objectives. We are starting our journey to build a new  e-commerce and marketing platform based on composable, headless, cloud architecture to enable a unique and tailored end to end customer experience.  It is a key role in delivering digitalization transformation for our clients, combining strategic thinking, technical excellence, and business insight.

Primary duties include designing modern application using React based front-end,  composable using UI library, headless, back-end with API marketplace. A critical focus will be the integration of CMS platforms and Search to enable dynamic content management tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines and drives the software development design with Technical Leads and Developers, ensure alignment with architecture set with Solution Architects

  • Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success, ensure alignment and understanding of priorities

  • Support Digital Product Managers/Delivery Managers to transform the development team capabilities, way of working and their implementation

  • Maximize the efficiency, flexibility and scalability of the new platform

Required Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in frontend development.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in backend development.

  • Experience with designing and implementing API services and microservices architectures

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, familiarity with cloud CMS solutions

  • Passion for GenAI and its application in enhancing and automating the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design and best practices in software development and DevOps

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing business processes

  • Excellent English communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • A strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and business acumen

  • Experience working in Agile and ITIL-driven environments

  • Comfortable working in an international corporate culture

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in frontend development using React or Next.js

  • Proficiency in backend development using .NET

  • Experience with designing and implementing microservices

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure

  • Familiarity with content management systems, particularly headless CMS setups like Optimizely DXP

  • Experience with serverless/microservices architectures (e.g., Docker)

  • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs on .NET

  • Experience with search engines, knowledge of Algolia Search is a plus
