This is the role:
To develop Estonian market maintaining long term relations with current customers and attracting new customers;
Promotion and sales of company products in Estonia;
Teamwork within sales department and cooperation with other departments;
Daily communication with company subsidiaries branches (logistics, orders, inventory, marketing, and technical advisers, finance);
Communication with the building designers, customers, investors and construction supervisors;
Drafting regular reports;
Organizing and participation in conferences, seminars, client training programs;
Min. 2 years’ experience in a sales representative position;
Knowledge of construction or installation business is desirable;
Native Estonian or C1 level, good knowledge of English and Russian (not less than B2 level) mandatory;
B category driver’s licence mandatory;
Self-motivated person with strong analytical and perfect communication skills;
Ability to work independently; Higher education (preferable);
International working experience is also desirable.
