POSITION: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, SOUTH CENTRAL US
The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.
This is the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and will be based out of the Houston, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio, Texas area. In this role you will be responsible for leading a regional team of sales professionals in keeping with ROCKWOOL policies, providing motivation and guidance to ensure that agreed upon targets are met or exceeded. Experience leading sales teams in the building materials industry in both residential and commercial settings is preferred. The territory for this position includes: TX, OK, CO, NM, UT.
Key Result Areas
•         Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and revenue
•         Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue and margin targets
•         Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals
•         Cultivate superior relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring long term success
•         Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
•         Provide analytics as required to effectively drive growth
•         Make full use of all digital tools including ROCKSELL (CRM), tracking 100% of activity on a weekly basis
