Job Purpose & Scope
- Gather market trend information and translate the data for business and customer insights.
- Be the centre of knowledge for all Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) matters as a super user and responsible for data management and engagement of users.
Key Result Areas
· Analyse internal and external data to develop insights and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Translate market and customer performance data to internal stakeholders periodically, such as market share report, pricing trends, market and project forecast, sales efficiencies report, etc.
- Drive the execution of CRM system, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, by training and coordinating with key users from the respective functional team.
- Conducting customers campaign through CRM
Key Responsibilities & Job Content
- Work closely with management to assist in the analysis and preparation of market data and prepare presentation for management review
- Source and negotiate vendors for the key market reports, leads and for market intelligence projects.
- Consistently keep track of updated market information such as import data, competitor’s information, market trends, etc, from various sources and agencies and archive them into internal data bank. Reviews data collected for errors and inconsistencies.
- Consolidate data collected and analyse them for periodic release of business reports and dash boards.
- Regular monitoring of internal pricing development and financial growth of the organisation with SAP Business Warehouse.
- Track customer development and sales growth to assist the sales team in driving sales efficiencies.
- Implement CRM tools and responsible for training and data maintenance of the system.
- Execute CRM marketing campaign such as email and push marketing initiated from marketing department.
Professional Skills - Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Marketing field is preferred.
- Skills in MS Words, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required
- Able to synthesize data & simplify findings
- Strong quantitative, data tabulation, analytic thinking and data mining skills
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic project management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
