This is the role:
The IT Consultant, SharePoint and Power Platform role will be part of a dynamic team of consultants and Functional Lead focused on delivering automation projects, support and solutions to the ROCKWOOL Group.
The team is working with latest and exciting technologies and process automation in general.
We are a global team with 7 members servicing customers of all time zones. The team is responsible for the Administration and Support for Platform and solutions on Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other general scripting to support automation.
Team often works in smaller groups and frequent touch point meetings to ensure good collaboration with all in the team as we have team members with different roles. This is achievable as there is always something to collaborate with each other due to the nature of the tools we use at work.
By joining our team, one will get exposure to Microsoft Office 365 tools, Power Platform, RPA concepts, Service Design and development. Other major projects that are in implementation phase now is Group Data Retention and Local File server migration to SharePoint Online.
Key responsibilities:
Expert level of knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams Administration, configuration and governance.
Drive user adoption plans and sustainability for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other O365 collaboration apps
Support SharePoint Online, deployment, maintenance, health and performance monitoring
Able to create training contents, provide trainings and manage User Communities.
Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained for the technologies.
Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance to set SLA
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area.

This is what you offer:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
General knowledge working with other Microsoft 365 applications.
Basic knowledge in Power Platform and able to support, test Power Apps & Power Automate solutions.
Customer focus in all areas at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter that can perform at a high level with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
Is able to plan, schedule and monitor work activities in order to meet time and quality targets
Experience in Azure DevOps, ALM is a plus.
Knowledge in SPFx, PowerShell scripting, TypeScript, PCF, plugins, Logic Apps is a plus.
Experience using SharePoint migration tools to perform site migration activities.
Experience in Record Management / Data Retention is a plus
