Would you like to be part of the global IT department within the ROCKWOOL Group? In this position, your work will have direct impact on developing strategic ITAM roadmap (Software and Hardware).
As our New IT Asset Expert, you will be responsible for optimisation of the IT assets/tools collaborating with various teams/stakeholders e.g. Assets Coordinators, Product Owners, Mid and Senior Mgmt. to guide and execute compliance with ITAM best practice. In this role you will work to improve ITAM governance tools and processes necessary for effective management, control and protection of IT assets throughout all stages of lifecycle.
What you will do:
Managing the Digital IT Asset Management life cycle process framework including recommendations for process improvements.
Managing relations with key internal stakeholders and communicate changes across the organization.
Maintaining documentation of procedures, processes associated with ITAM and configuration management.
Securing that relevant and agreed Digital asset information/tracking/dashboard is maintained and readily available for relevant stakeholders
Continuous monitoring, development and data driven optimization of the software and hardware assets portfolio, avoiding compliance risks and identifying cost saving opportunities.
Monitoring attributes of Software/Hardware records assets throughout the lifecycle including entitlements, warranty, and retirement information
Performing routine & ad-hoc data analysis, compliance reporting, to support various departments within IT

This is what you offer:
Experience with ITAM (SAM/HAM) Tooling / CMDB
Understanding of contractual risks and opportunities in relation to ITAM, knowledge of SAM and software licensing rules
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead/execute significant tasks without direct supervision
Proven ability to coordinate with all levels of technical and management staff
Proactive work style, organized approach to solve problem with good decision-making skills.
ITIL and ITAM best practice knowledge and experience
Personal competencies: international mindset, high attention to detail, good stakeholder management skills, good interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator.
