As our expert on operational machine safety and its legislative requirements, you will be instrumental in ensuring machine safety and safety in design in ROCKWOOL projects. Participating in both planning, design and execution, your main objective will be to develop systems and implement procedures, address potential issues and come up with possible solutions.
More specifically, your main tasks include:
Developing, implementing and maintaining procedures and supporting frameworks to ensure safety risk assessment in projects
Developing and managing Design Safety and Risk Assessment platforms
Preparing and conducting awareness campaigns and training
Supporting our Technology Management Teams (TMT) with extracted knowledge from incidents (RockSHE) to improve design
Safety audits on machines/Walk the line
You should also expect up to 40 travel days to visit factories across the globe.
Joining us at our office in Poznan Poland – you become part of our Group Safety, Health & Environment department. Here 14 colleagues work across the entire ROCKWOOL organization to ensure a safe and secure work environment at our offices and factories across the globe.
We support the organization within our field and ensure the right standards and guidelines are in place, each of us working within different areas of expertise while still collaborating closely as a team. Have an engineering, scientific or technical background.
Have experience with training and audits
Bring knowledge of machine safety and CE-marking
Expected level – Certified Machine Safety Expert (Tüv) or similar
Expert in functional safety and validation – Certified Expert in Functional Safety (Tüv) or similar
Are a well-versed user of MS-Office.
