Reporting to the BU Director of Rockwool Technical Insulation (RW-TI) Europe, you lead the sales in the Nordic markets, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Your overall goal is to secure that sales targets are met for the Nordic markets through strong leadership, direction setting and sales management. Main tasks include market analysis, cultivation of business opportunities, development of relationships with main customers within process and marine & offshore segments.

You will have a key role of impacting on and contributing to the growth of RW-TI. You will be part of the Management Team of RW-TI Europe and be working with a range of external and internal stakeholders throughout RW-TI and the Rockwool Group.

The position is located in Denmark, Sweden or Norway from a home office or one of the Rockwool offices in the region, Hedehusene, Jönköping. You may expect to spend 50-75% of your work time travelling throughout the region.

Ambitions count

You possess a relevant educational background and hold solid experience within sales of technical products and systems as well as several years of managerial experience of sales professionals in an international organisation. Fluency in English and one or more Nordic languages is a must.

In order to be successful in the position as Sales Manager Nordics, you must have high ambitions and a constant focus on delivering results and improving the commercial agility of the organisation. You know how to navigate in international organisations, and you possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A strategic mindset, an operational approach, solid value chain and supply network understanding are other key elements to succeed in this role.
