ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poland is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for ROCKWOOL group entities.

In Digital Relations and Transformation we among other have the responsibility to secure a continuous development, overview and execution of our Project Portfolio and Resource Management. The function is anchored as part of the IT PMO and Portfolio Area overseeing Governance Processes, Project Portfolio Management, Project Initiation and Execution as well as guidance and support for Project Excellence principles across various disciplines. We support Digital and Business Leadership in decision making as well as relevant stakeholders and project managers. Our approach is structured and data driven support combined with context understanding and support finding solutions for how to best drive our important projects and portfolios forward and obtain desired outcomes and value.

This is the role

  • Maintaining Databases in Sharepoint

  • Maintaining & move hours in our Resource management tool

  • Maintaining enterprise calendars across countries

  • Administration of Projects & Changes in our Microsoft project tool

  • Tasks in SAP to raise codes

  • Creating and disseminating our time registration reporting

  • Cleaning up of masterdata in SAP, SharePoint and our project tool

  • Creation of meeting material & Data for our Project Forums & resource management process

  • Invoicing

This is what you offer

  • Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies (preferably in Finance, Business Administration or IT)

  • Availability to work 15-20 h/week

  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Ease with adapting to new IT systems (Microsoft Project Online, PowerBI, SharePoint)

  • English - intermediate

  • High attention to detail

  • Natural ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders with ease

  • A pro-active and ambitious approach to your work and career

  • Data driven mindset
