This is the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will ideally be based out of Southern California. In this role, you will lead a regional team of sales professionals in keeping with ROCKWOOL policies, providing motivation and guidance to ensure that agreed upon targets are met or exceeded.

Key Result Areas

  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and revenue
  • Live the ROCKWOOL values and provide regional leadership, assuming ownership of the goals established by the Director of Sales
  • Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue and margin targets in the region
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterly
  • Cultivate superior relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring long term success
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the Director of Sales
  • Provide analytics as required to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needs
  • Make full use of all digital tools including CRM tracking 100% of activity on a weekly basis
  • Facilitate customer meetings with the Director of Sales

This is what you offer:

  • 5 years’ experience working in sales including senior management roles
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (presentations) and attention to detail
  • Experienced and skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability on accuracy and data integrity
