Architectural Manager – Western/ Southern US (Byhalia, MS Roxul USA Inc.): Manage and grow the Western and Southern Specifications teams to maintain and expand Roxul USAs position as a major supplier of insulation to the Building Envelope and Interior Building Component industries. Promote ROCKWOOL products in line with specifications and company key strategies, working within commercial budgets and departmental costs. Develop specifications for ROCKWOOL products with leading architects and consultants. Facilitate and develop technical sales presentations to architectural and engineering firms that drive technical education of the Commercial Building Envelope, High Performance Building, Energy Code, Fire, Acoustics, and Sustainability. Develop plans and strategies to target architectural firms, contractors, and owners that present the greatest potential in each major market that will help drive sales of ROCKWOOL products. Identify market needs and establish strong and productive networks within the Building Material, Construction and Insulation industries, and Government Building Code and Policy influencers. Execute annual sales plans, individual and team goals and implement customer plans. Develop territory strategies including economic impacts, market trends, and competitor intelligence and strategies.

Fulltime: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 9am-5pm.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field and 2 years of commercial insulation experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales-related activities.

Candidate must also have:

  • One of the following industry accreditations: CDT (construction document technologist), CTR (certified technical representative), or CCPR (certified construction product representative);
  • 2 years of experience assisting architects with developing solutions for us energy, fire, and/or acoustical codes as well as ASTM and ul standards;
  • 2 years of experience working with architects and engineers to incorporate energy efficient designs into building specifications and plans;
  • 2 years of experience actively supporting large commercial construction projects greater than $75 million; and
  • 1 year of experience each in using PowerPoint to create presentations and excel to create forecasts and budgets.

This Is A 100% Work From Home / Telecommuting Position.

This Position Requires Up To 70% Travel.
