You serve as the frontline auditor of our finished products from the warehouse to confirm product quality before we deliver to our customers and investigate customer complaints, performing additional testing on any returned materials for root cause analysis. Standards are important to the bottom line and leads to lower costs by reducing redundancy, minimize errors or complaints and reduce the time to market.
