This is the role:

The Architectural Sales Support Specialist will grow Rockfon Brand recognition and sales volume. You will be responsible for proactive project opportunity research and support of assigned field sales reps with lunch presentations, trade shows and nurturing marketing leads. You will also provide administrative support for the specification and National Account activity for the Architectural Sales Managers and District Sales Managers. This role will offer administrative support to the training efforts of the sales force and key industry events like lunch presentations, architectural blitzes and Trade Show activity.

Key Result Areas

  • Goals:  AIA objectives, manage the CEU lunch presentations and Trade show support.
  • Support ASM’s and DSM’s in day to day sales activities.
  • Maintain CRM with updated project and key account information

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Lead generation and qualification- using CRM and Dodge
  • Support reps my mastering internal tools like Dodge and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to grow the business within key segments.
  • Tradeshow support
  • Presentation preparation – AIA Lunch & Learns and Certificates
  • National Account support – construction schedules, pricing maintenance, order fulfilment
  • Industry involvement with AIA/IIDA
  • Develop industry and product knowledge for future advancement.
  • Microsoft Suite Expertise
  • Sales Experience is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
