Are you the new Top-of-the-class Program manager for ROCKWOOL?
Do you want to be responsible for one of the most important Supply Chain programs in ROCKWOOL? Then join us and ensure the implementation of our new warehouse management system, in all our warehouses across the world.
This is who we are
You will become part of Group Supply Chain. The department currently consists of 12 people, each with their own field of expertise.
As Group Supply Chain, we are focused on keeping the bird’s eye view on the supply chain operations, across all the local supply chain departments within ROCKWOOL. This means, that we draw up the strategic foundation and deploy best practices, that the individual departments operate from.
This is the role
In the course of the next years, we are implementing a new global warehouse management system. Your role will be to ensure coordination between the array of different sub-project this entails. This also means, that you will own and manage the steering committee of the programme.
You will lead the programme, and your main task is to define the strategic foundation of the concept, including:
Maintaining the program description and the program plan
Update business plans and ensure stakeholder involvement
Communicating the benefits for completed parts of the programme to stakeholders
Plan and facilitate the necessary organisational changes
Ensuring that we keep momentum the next years across all the different cultures that we work in
Escalating issues to top management
You will work from Hedehusene, but must be expecting some travelling.
This is what you offer
You have solid experience running large-scale business driven IT projects, preferably from a manufacturing company. Building something new starting from scratch does not scare you – because you have done it several times before, and being the person who leads the way comes naturally to you. Moreover, you are a true people’s person, who manifests yourself in the way you interact with stakeholders, from many different cultures.
This position requires a lot of knowledge and the right skillset. Therefore, it is:
Important that you have a master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or similar
Necessary that you have 5+ years of experience managing larger projects in international companies, preferably business driven IT projects
Crucial that you are experienced within project management and programme management, preferably with a Prince2 or IPMA A or B certification and experience in MSP or similar framework
A plus if you have a background working as a consultant
An advantage if you have experience with SAP implementations
This is what we offer
We do not have the recipe – you do. This means, that you have room for creativity, since we are not driven by strict procedures, but by finding the right solutions.
We are equally serious about the impact we make in the world as a global company – for example, we have reduced our CO2 emissions in Denmark by 70% in 2021.
Not only do you get a great company to work for, you also get great colleagues to work with. Your co-workers are not afraid of helping, even when something is outside of their area of responsibility. This comes naturally to all of us because we have a genuine interest in each other as people, and we want to see each other succeed.
