This is the role:
As a member of the Specialty Services Team, the Project Coordinator (PC) is a customer facing and customer focused position responsible for providing cost estimates to external and internal customers. In addition, the PC is responsible for managing mid to high value and complicated projects from quote request through order submittal, installation, and project closeout. The PC will act as the contact for our internal team and our customers throughout all phases of the project. The PC coordinates the efforts of the Rockfon team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for our customers. The PC strives to develop lasting relationships with all stakeholders that grow the Rockfon brand, ensures all customer contact is treated with a sense of urgency and all contact with customers are conducted with a high level of service and professionalism.
