This is the role
The Accounts Payable (AP) department holds a critical role within the RGBS in Poznan. The team is responsible for compliant handling of the accounts payable, period close and all engagements related hereto, which involves natural interaction with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders.
Main challenges will be:
Driving AP PO Process best practice solutions with parallel cooperation with Group Sourcing and Procurement;
Liaise with other PTP process stakeholders, PTP Business Process Owner and AP Process Experts Team;
Implement and maintain standardization and optimization across countries and regions aiming at achieving full efficiency of the process;
Deliver Accounts Payable PO services
Leads and coaches a team of Accounts Payable (Junior) Team Leaders to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded
Improve data quality for AP PO Process.
Improvement of performance and service quality to increase and maintain customer satisfaction.
Identify deviations and areas for process efficiency improvement.
Comply with internal policies, SLA and external legislation
Maintenance of internal controls (own processes)
Control preparation of audit files and facilitate auditions (internal and external)
Manage stakeholder relationships
This is what you offer
Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably within PTP Process
Advanced knowledge of Accounting Controls
English at advanced level 13-16 (C1, C2); second foreign language is appreciated
Personal interest in executing finance processes
High level of analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully in a hectic working day
Drive for quality and efficiency (continuous improvement)
Strong affinity with automation and standardization
Process manager skills (managing deadlines)
