This is the role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and will aid in the execution of a digital communications plan and provide tactical and analytical support to help guide and enhance future communications and use of appropriate platforms. This role is based out of our Head Office in Chicago, IL.

Key Result Areas

In line with and to fully support the commercial strategy of the business the role of the Digital Marketing Specialist will be to drive the delivery of digital communication elements of wider integrated marketing communications and campaigns.  Consistent and timely reporting on key KPIs with analysis in order to help the business extend its reach with various external stakeholder groups including architects, contractors/installers and distribution partners.

This is what you offer:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or business-related field
  • Candidates must have proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads
  • Superb written / verbal communication skills
  • Marketo Certified preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Episerver and Jira, preferred
  • Leadership through providing vision, strong work ethic, and collaboration
  • Takes ownership of your responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrates initiative and can work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities/deadlines
  • Positive, ambitious, team player
