Key responsibilities on the position:
Perform receptionist duties
Welcomes guests in person or on the telephone, answering or directing
Take care of the image of the reception and office
Maintain office procedures
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
Maintains office supplies inventory
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain document flow and storage system
Coordinate post office and courier service
Maintain flow of invoices
Participates in different projects
Takes part in company activities like CSR, Employer branding etc.
Support business travel for SSC employees and guests.
Give organizational support for occasional management meetings hold on site
Support internal and external office meeting
Support event organization
Order access cards for new employees
Support activities and tasks SSC office coordinator and managers
Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and teleconferences
Support HR department
