Supporting the organization on many levels of the company, you and your colleagues will play an important role in ensuring efficient operations. From giving support to customers and employees throughout our facilities to being part of contributing to the agenda for our senior managers, you make sure our business runs smoothly. By acting with integrity and being professional, driven and self-sufficient, you will be successful with us. You can expect varied workdays filled with challenges, in an environment where the focus is on constant improvements.

Key responsibilities on the position:

  • Perform receptionist duties

  • Welcomes guests in person or on the telephone, answering or directing

  • Take care of the image of the reception and office

  • Maintain office procedures

  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories. 

  • Conducting research

  • Maintains office supplies inventory

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Maintain document flow and storage system

  • Coordinate post office and courier service

  • Maintain flow of invoices

  • Participates in different projects

  • Takes part in company activities like CSR, Employer branding etc.

  • Support business travel for SSC employees and guests.

  • Give organizational support for occasional management meetings hold on site

  • Support internal and external office meeting

  • Support event organization

  • Order access cards for new employees

  • Support activities and tasks SSC office coordinator and managers 

  • Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and teleconferences

  • Support HR department
