This is the role
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator with superb communication and administration skills. The HR administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws within working time, employment, leaves and benefits. To be a successful HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labour laws and be willing to regularly revise them. Last but not least you will play a key role in growing and maturing a range of HR administration processes focusing on some process improvement and harmonization.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance
Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
Conducting trainings and establishing cooperation with training companies
Being responsible for stakeholders communication within area of responsibilities
Assisting in compliance processes both from document flow as well as system perspective
Preparing and maintaining HR administration statistics and reporting as well as internal database
Driving improvement and efficiency initiatives
Supporting internal stakeholders within HR Administration matters
Updating internal database
Liaising with external partners, like payroll, insurance, legal
This is what you offer
You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.
University graduate within Human Resources, business administration, sociology or other related to people area
Proven experience of minimum 2 years in an HR role
Fluency in English – minimum level B2 is required
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
