This is the role:
The Content & Campaign Specialist will be responsible for content development and creation in line with the content calendar, Regional/MSA and segment campaign development and deployment, Marketo campaign management - driving funnel and lead generation, social channel management, as well as KPI development and reporting. The role will uphold to the highest standards of communication in line with local as well as Group processes and procedures.

This position reports to the Marketing Communications Manager, Rockfon, North America and is based out of the office in Chicago, IL.

  • Researching, writing, and editing emails, landing pages, articles, case studies, and other short- and long-form digital content according to established brand guidelines, tone and voice

  • Develop and publish engaging content for our website and social channels

  • Closely follow all industry news and anticipate opportunities to create and share relevant content

  • Implement SEO best practices when writing content for our website

  • Coordinate the integration of sponsorships and promotional messaging across all digital platforms

  • Work with business-level subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand our products and to create relevant content for our target audiences along their customer journey

  • Execute all aspects of campaigns in Marketo including automated programs, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, and dynamic content

This is what you offer:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a campaign execution/content development role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or business-related field

  • Candidates must have proven experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B setting

  • Exhibit solid knowledge of email and deliverability best practices, CAN-SPAM/CAS and GDPR

  • Superb written / verbal communication skills

  • Marketo Certified preferred, but not required

  • Leadership through providing vision, strong work ethic, and collaboration

  • Takes ownership of your responsibilities

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Demonstrates initiative and can work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities/deadlines

  • Positive, ambitious, team player
