ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań is a multifunctional competence center of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities.

Our DIGITAL (IT) Department offers a lot of development opportunities in projects connected with different modules of SAP, web development and mobile applications (Java, .Net), Project Management, MS Dynamics, Office 365, IT Service Desk, Data analytics, Workday and many other functions.

The department of Web Development which is part of Digital Business is responsible for all web development within the entire ROCKWOOL Group.

This is the role:

  • Playing Scrum Master role as defined by the Scrum Guide for 1-2 Scrum Teams;

  • Active involvement in spreading an Agile mindset in the organization outside of software development teams.

This is what you offer:

  • Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master for software development teams, previous experience as a software developer/tester is a plus;

  • Very good understanding of Agile mindset and Scrum framework, knowledge of ways to scale Scrum would be an asset;

  • Certification in Scrum is a plus;

  • Understanding of other Agile tools and methods: Kanban, XP;

  • Good understanding of Agile techniques focused on delivering high-quality software including but not limited to continuous integration, unit testing, test-driven development, code reviews;

  • Very good communication skills.

  • Ability to easily change direction based on lessons learned or changed circumstances;

  • Very good coaching skills;

  • Open-mind and positive can-do attitude;

  • Initiative and ability to work independently;

  • Fluency in English;
