Jens Birgersson, CEO of ROCKWOOL Group, proposed for election to dormakaba Group’s Board of Directors

Jens Birgersson, ROCKWOOL Group CEO, has been proposed for election as a new member to the Board of Directors of dormakaba Group, a Swiss company that specialises in innovative and reliable access and security solutions. The election of members to the Board of Directors will be held 23 October 2018 at dormakaba’s Annual General Meeting.

The dormakaba Group is based in Switzerland and has more than 16,000 employees, with offices and partners in 130 countries. Its access and security solutions are found in hotels, shops, sports facilities, airports, hospitals and homes.

Jens Birgersson has been a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Randers Reb (Denmark) since 2017 and member of the Board of Directors of Flumroc (Switzerland), an affiliate of ROCKWOOL International A/S, since 2015. From 2012-2014, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Nanjing SAC Automation Co (China).
