In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of global and local digital projects, ensuring seamless communication and alignment among stakeholders across central and local teams by applying standardized digital activation processes. Through strong project oversight, effective stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset, you will ensure all digital initiatives fully align with Rockfon’s CVI, optimize business impact, and deliver meaningful engagement at every stage of the customer journey.
Two main responsibilities define this role. First, you will leverage your expert-level proficiency in Marketo to design, test, and optimize nurturing email flows and forms for the website. This includes maintaining ongoing communication with the Rockwool Group to stay up to date on system updates, ensuring all enhancements and best practices are fully implemented and aligned with group standards. Second, you will guide and support our top four local markets, empowering them to strengthen their digital strategies and maximize their online presence. You will approach this with a deep understanding of the user experience across the entire marketing funnel, consistently applying an “outside-in” marketing perspective to fulfill customer needs and address market demands.
Serve as the Marketo expert, designing and refining complex email flows and forms, while actively communicating with Rockwool Group to ensure that all system updates, new features, and best practices are implemented promptly and consistently.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of global and local digital activation projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders at all levels.
Plan and implement comprehensive omnichannel initiatives focused on lead generation across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and through email marketing, supporting both global and local digital activation efforts.
Track and analyze the progression of leads across the funnel through a consistent communication with regional Lead Catchers and Sales teams.
Maintain rigorous reporting standards, ensuring accurate documentation of campaign outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions.
Actively guide and advise the local markets to enhance their digital marketing strategies and online presence keeping in mind their local peculiarities and needs and goal.
Ensure user experience is maximized across the entire marketing funnel, utilizing an outside-in, customer-centric marketing approach.
Utilize a data-driven approach to continuously optimize digital activities and support business goals.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with B2B focus and both global and local campaign development and execution.
Proven Expert-level proficiency in Marketo, especially in designing, testing, and optimizing complex nurturing email flows and web forms. Demonstrated ability to stay updated with system enhancements.
Proven track record in developing and executing omnichannel digital strategies encompassing paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and email marketing.
Strategic, outside-in marketing mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and user experience across the entire marketing funnel.
Proven track record of driving digital marketing strategy and activation in multi-market environments, ideally with experience guiding and supporting local teams.
Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Strong project management skills, including oversight of multiple concurrent projects and effective stakeholder coordination across different functions and geographies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable operating with senior management, cross-functional teams, and local market leads.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker and adaptable with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
