Your future team:

With our ambition to be more efficient, maximise capacity and become even more customer-oriented, we have started a Business Transformation Programme where you will be a key person in defining our Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes. In Poznan, Poland, or Hedehusene, Denmark, you will join a strong team of colleagues from various functions dedicated to defining the future key processes of ROCKWOOL.

What you will be doing:

• Business Process Ownership: Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation for ROCKWOOL’s Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes, from high-level process overviews to detailed descriptions. Work to harmonize operations in our operating companies, build best practices, and promote harmonised solutions to minimize local customization
• Engage with a global stakeholder group across multiple functions.
• Drive current and planned projects forward in close collaboration with IT, Marketing and other functions.
• Define, plan and drive improvement and development projects
• Travel globally up to 50 days per year to work closely with programme and customer service colleagues in our operating companies that are responsible for executing implementation

Working to ensure optimal experiences for our customers and Order-to-Cash processes across systems, functions and geographical areas, you will – together with colleagues - make sure that the extensive process knowledge of the Supply Chain department is brought to the table, improved and implemented in the recently established Business Transformation Programme. This involves order and claims handling processes, ERP systems, customer communication and more.

What you bring:

• 5-10 years’ experience or more with operational supply chain and customer service from a large company, maybe as a logistics manager, customer service manager, or the like
• Hold significant knowledge of supply chain operations, customer service operations and best practices
• Have, preferably, a master’s degree in business, engineering, or data science/analytics
• Speak fluent English and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. An additional main language is a plus.

It is vital that you bring structure and innovation to the table and have the drive to explore the entire value chain and engage with many international colleagues to gain vital insights.

You are also highly proactive and have the analytical skills that enable you to understand complex processes and data. Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to push the improvement agenda and be a key person in global projects.

Although you will have no direct leadership responsibilities, you will be key in driving projects and engaging with colleagues from within the supply chain and in our operating companies to execute the implementation.
