The Change Communication Specialist is part of the Group Communications team within the Group Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs (GMC) department. The position, team, and department are based at corporate headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark.

The Change Communication Specialist reports to and works closely with the Vice President for Group Communications and the rest of the Group Communications team as well as the business transformation programme director. Job purpose & scope

At ROCKWOOL, we are embarking on a multi-year transformation that will include implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The transformation will significantly change the way we operate, including how we work, collaborate and deliver value across the organisation. Strong internal change communication will be key to ensuring effective implementation at every level.

The Change Communication Specialist plays a central role in translating business transformation into meaningful and accessible communication for all employees. This includes both strategic planning and practical execution – from developing communication strategies and training plans to delivering concrete materials such as articles, videos, Q&As, and presentations.

The Change Communication Specialist works across functions and geographies to ensure clear, consistent and timely communication. Close collaboration with colleagues in Change Management, HR, Corporate Communications, IT and the wider business is essential. The Change Communication Specialist will also support leaders and local change agents in communicating effectively, and help coordinate campaigns that foster readiness, alignment and engagement.

Flexibility and a proactive mindset are key – no two days look the same. The role offers significant opportunities to learn and grow, with versatility and a “yes we can” attitude highly valued. You’ll be part of a dynamic project team that thrives on new ideas, concepts and self-starting initiative, and we’re looking for someone who can truly deliver. The position is based at ROCKWOOL headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, and requires some travel.

• Create messages, materials and campaigns for relevant audiences to enhance understanding, engagement and readiness for change, adapted to both global and local audiences

• Create presentations for multiple internal purposes and audiences, including explainers, updates, how-to’s for programme managers, executive steering committee, and Board of Directors

• Coordinate content and channels across teams, ensuring version control, asset re-use and alignment across functions

• Update the dedicated programme Intranet and SharePoint worksite

• Use data to track communication performance and adjust tactics, drawing on metrics such as open rates, sentiment trends, survey results and stakeholder feedback.
