Join Us as Our Next Scrum Master – Help Shape the Future of Agile at ROCKWOOL!

Are you passionate about Agile, energized by collaboration, and ready to help multiple teams thrive? We’re looking for a Scrum Master who’s not just fluent in frameworks—but fluent in people.

As our new Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in supporting several development teams as we undergo a major architectural transformation of our web development organization. You’ll be part of our Agile Center of Excellence, helping to define and implement standards that will guide how we work across teams and borders.

While the team is primarily based in Poznań, our Product Owners brings a Danish perspective from Denmark. We take pride in our strong team spirit, sense of humor, and ever-improving billiard skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support multiple teams through an architectural shift in our web development landscape.
  • Help define and implement Agile standards as part of the Agile Center of Excellence.
  • Drive Agile practices in Project Development
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions.

What You Bring

  • A deep understanding of the Agile mindset and Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with other Agile methods like Kanban and XP.
  • Experience with scaling Scrum.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile engineering practices: CI, unit testing, TDD, code reviews.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive to help others grow.
  • (Bonus) Scrum certification.
