Your future team
We are building a team of dedicated Business Process Owners who will drive ROCKWOOL global business process automation and optimization, as a key enabler for ROCKWOOL Core Execution Platform replacement programme. As part of the Business Processes Team, you will lead the establishment of the Business Process organization and future automated processes including metrics for process performance.
You will collaborate closely with Management across all our locations, our Digital department and the Programme Office on deliverables.
Work location will be in Hedehusene, Denmark or Poznan, Poland. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.
What you will be doing
Responsibilities:
This is a critical global role for the Programme. As Business Process Management Lead you will own the ROCKWOOL global Process Model and associated governance. You will develop ROCKWOOL process excellence capabilities and oversight of Business Process Management.
You and the team of Business Process Owners will define and design on optimized ROCKWOOL business processes and process requirements to ensure fit to ROCKWOOL’s operations and strategy.
Establish ROCKWOOL Business Process Model and oversee business processes across ROCKWOOL business.
Closely collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
Support/inspire Business Process Owners with automation opportunities across ROCKWOOL business processes for value creation.
Lead and facilitate process meetings and workshops, such as process design sessions for successful outcomes
Engage and bring others onboard for the process optimization journey
Establish a systematic approach and metrics for process performance measurement together with Business Process Owners
Ensure common ways of working across and develop a program-level plan to deliver value, ensuring visibility of status and prioritization of deliverables.
What you bring
Considering the vitality of the programme and future business process set up, we will be directing our attention to candidates with extensive experience in managing Business Processes in a similar global role and scope.
You:
7+ years of experience in Business Process Management from a large, complex, and global organizations.
Track record of driving large-scale digital transformations and process re-engineering
A strategic mindset with a strong ability to challenge, influence, and align across functions and seniority levels.
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the courage to drive decisions, not just facilitate them.
Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
