We are seeking a New Build Project Manager based in our one of our European factory locations or Poznan to join the Purchasing team within Group Sourcing & Purchasing (GSP). In this role travel is required to be on-site on the New Build location and meet suppliers and stakeholders face-to-face.

As our New Build Project Manager, you will support new build projects (both Green and Brown field projects) and major rebuild projects from an OPEX point of view. The New Build Project Manager will be a member of the project organization of the specific project and report directly into the GSP Organisation, being a part of the Purchasing Management team.
Your main responsibility is to orchestra the procurement activity in alignment with the New Build projects. You will do this in close collaboration with Subject Matter Exprts (SMEs) within the GSP organization and have a key role coordinating activities and follow up on deliverables GSP is responsible for. Additionally, the role with have a close collaboration with the GSP management team, ensuring alignments on priorities.

As a New Build Project Manager, you will have extensive collaboration across the organisation and good stakeholder management is crucial to successful implementations.
We will make sure you get access to developing a deep knowledge of the production processes and general sourcing processes to ensure the optimal solutions for supply both regarding costs, sustainability and supply risks.
This role give a great exposure to many aspects of our business, which gives a good foundation for a hopefully long and developing career within ROCKWOOL. Travelling will be required in the role, as meeting stakeholders both at HQ and on-site is crucial for the successful collaboration.
