Your future team
We are building a dedicated team of Programme Officers and Assistant, who together with our new Programme Director will drive our Business Transformation Programme to support ROCKWOOLs strategic initiatives enabled by modern advanced technology, with business process automation and AI.
As part of the Programme Management Team, you are expected to help drive the establishment of the programme management office, where you will have your own area of responsibility, as well as being part of a dynamic and engaging team. You will be in close collaboration with Management across all our locations, our Digital department and of course with all the Programme members for various areas of the global ROCKWOOL organisation.
Work location will be in Hedehusene in Denmark or Poznan in Poland. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.
What you will be doing
You will work with all participants in the Programme and help plan and organize various events critical for the Programme delivery. This could be workshops for business processes, RFP sessions with vendors, training sessions for various Programme participants, town hall presentations etc. It could be communication tasks around stakeholders, help with financial overviews or other tasks needed to have the Programme running smoothly. You will be a key participant in a dynamic team, where there is plenty of opportunities to learn new things and grow your skills:
Workshop organisation
Help with business processes and the Master Data organization to organize workshops in various locations, mainly in Europe
Schedule and coordinate various communities and stakeholders for the workshops
RFP sessions
Assist category and sourcing managers to arrange RFP and RFI sessions to evaluate the business solutions needed for the Programme
Training sessions
Assist the organizations change management in developing and scheduling training sessions with various teams
Communications tasks
Assist in miscellaneous communication tasks, such as stakeholder analysis, townhall presentations etc
Financial overviews
When things get busy, you may need to help our Programme FinOps to produce and update various financial overviews needed for Programme reporting
Being the “go to” key team player
You will be a pivotal member of the Team – a “go to” person for all Programme participants to get help and practical guidance on how to get things arranged
What you bring
Overall this large Programme is so vital for us, that we will be directing our attention to candidates with extensive experience in managing similar projects of the same weight and scope.
You:
Have experience with organizing various events with many stakeholders
Ideally have communication experience
Have participated in projects or business transformations before
Fluent in English, written and spoken
As a person you will bring:
