Your future team

We are building a dedicated team of Programme Officers who together with our new Programme Director will drive our Business Transformation Programme to support ROCKWOOLs strategic initiatives enabled by modern advanced technology, with business process automation and AI.

As part of the Programme Management Team, you are expected to help drive the establishment of the Programme Management Office, where you will have your own area of responsibility, as well as being part of a dynamic and engaging team. You will be in close collaboration with Management across all our locations, our Digital department and of course with all the Programme members from various areas of the global ROCKWOOL organisation.

Work location will be in Hedehusene in Denmark or Poznan in Poland. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the overall Roadmap and Masterplan for the entire Programme. You will work closely with a number of delivery leads for specific delivery streams as well as other Programme managers across ROCKWOOL in order to establish and continuously manage the Programme roadmap and master plan as well as the dependencies to all other relevant initiatives. You will also be responsible for handling the Programme Portfolio plan and reporting (via Planisware):

Program roadmap

  • Establish and align the Programme roadmap and Master Plan with the strategic business priorities

  • Ensure all plans are continuously updated with latest status from all relevant initiatives

Master plan and dependencies

  • Manage interdependencies and ensure seamless integration of project deliverables

  • Oversee the development of Programme master plans, dependency charts, and status updates

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with all Programme stakeholders at all levels, in order to build a solid plan

  • Maintain effective communication and build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Governance and Standards

  • Establish and enforce governance for the entire Programme

Actions and Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and manage actions and issues across the entire Programme

  • Develop contingency plans to address critical issues proactively

Programme portfolio plan and reporting (via Planisware)

  • Establish and maintain the Programme portfolio plan together with the relevant delivery leads

  • Monitor Programme performance through metrics and reports with the relevant delivery leads

What you bring

Overall this large programme is so vital for us, that we will be directing our attention to candidates with extensive experience in managing similar projects of the same weight and scope.

You:

  • Hold a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related

  • Hold a certification of Programme Management

  • Have experience with Programme Management in an agile environment

  • Are highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
