What you will be doing: 

As a General Assistant, you will be at the heart of office operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly while supporting the management team and a talented group of engineers. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives on making an impact. From coordinating travel and procurement to facilitating communication and organizing engaging employee initiatives, you'll play a key role in keeping the team connected and productive. You’ll be the backbone of the office - handling essential administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every detail is in place. Due to international organization, candidate needs to be willing to travel, at very beginning to Denmark to headquarters.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate employee travel logistics, documentation, and compliance. 

  • Oversee procurement and inventory management for office supplies and safety equipment (PPE). 

  • Support company meetings, including planning agendas, tracking discussions, and reporting. 

  • Assist management with document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence. 

  • Handle IT equipment procurement, system access management, and onboarding support. 

  • Manage internal communications, Teams platform settings, and email distribution lists. 

  • Support onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration. 

 

What you bring: 

  • +3 years of experience in an Assistant role 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 

  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken). 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Teams is a plus. 

  • Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail. 

  • Prior experience in office administration or coordination preferred. 

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including managers. 

  • Independence, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
