Your Future Team:

Digital is ROCKWOOL Group’s IT organization that supplies global solutions and connectivity to around 12,000 ROCKWOOL employees in more than 40 countries. Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.

What you will be doing:

Overall, your responsibilities can be defined by leading, planning, executing, reporting and evaluating with more concrete tasks such as:

• Daily management of your project team, including resource administration, general follow-up on deliveries and handling of personal and professional issues
• Collaborating with management and based on assignment refining the scope of the projects
• Creating detailed project plans which identifies the activities and resources needed to successfully complete the project
• Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis, ensuring that it meets the project standards
• Completing ongoing project status reports and meeting with the steering group

What you bring:

• Have experience within manufacturing and IT  
• have 2+ years’ experience with project management
• Preferred (but not mandatory) hold a Prince2 Foundation certificate.
• probably have international experience as a project coordinator
• write and speak English fluently.
