Group Digital Sales and Marketing was formed in early 2023 as a merge between Sales and Digital Marketing, with a vision of delivering a superior customer experience across all touchpoints, by owning the full customer funnel from lead to cash.

Your future team

You will join an impactful team dedicated to creating digital solutions to support our Marketing, Sales and Customer Service functions in ROCKWOOL’s global markets.

We are a diverse team of +20 colleagues being eight different nationalities and divided into four smaller specialist teams that focus on improving and building digital channels, ensuring outstanding customers interactions and ensure commercial results. You will be joining a team of five members, which focuses on sales enablement, more specifically the CRM, CPQ and Customer Service platforms at ROCKWOOL. We support more than 1500 users and covering up to 40 different countries, 7 brands and 3 different industries within our solutions.

What you will be doing

You will be an important part of driving the digital transformation of ROCKWOOL’s digital customer journey to all our global markets, ensuring better ways of working. Your primary stakeholders will be the Customer Service, Technical Service and Salespeople in the global markets.

You will be focusing on improving and harmonizing processes across markets, supporting agile activities, drive new initiatives/projects, and ensure adoption globally. Your main focus will be on the customer journey, covering both sales, customer service and technical service. You will have close collaboration with the Product Owners for ROCKWOOL’s CRM, CPQ and Customer Service platforms, as well as commercial stakeholders in the markets.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate closely with the global markets in ROCKWOOL, to understand and map As-Is processes and business needs within Customer Service, Technical Service and Sales.
  • Develop and design To-Be processes that are covering business needs and are following best-practices while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Follow and understand market trends and best practices within the field of customer service and sales and ensure that these are captured in the To-be processes.
  • Participate in Agile activities such as defining user stories, prioritization and planning roll-out efforts.
  • Drive and be responsible for new initiatives and projects within the customer journey.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for the platform together with the markets.
  • Develop and execute adoption initiatives to ensure successful onboarding of the platform in the global markets.
  • You can expect to travel up to 20-30 days per year.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree within focus areas relevant for the position, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and similar.
  • 5 plus years of stakeholder management experience in companies with global presence.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience within digital sales and customer service processes is considered a plus.
  • Experience in documenting business processes – preferably within BPMN.
  • Working in a structured way, being able to align with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Thrive in an environment where you need to take decisions and trust yourself in making these.
  • Earlier knowledge within Microsoft D365 Sales and Customer Service Workspace is considered a plus.
  • Certifications within project management – PRINCE2 or similar.
  • Previous experience in a role as a consultant or advisor is endorsed.
