- Support CHR for overseeing the construction process, coordinating with Consultant’s, PEB & Civil contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget with the desired quality and EHS requirement.

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of greenfield projects from inception to completion.
- Design comply to group SHE, MMR, FLPM / designated local Standards.
- Strictly no distribution of design information without written authorization approval from HO.
- Supervise and monitor work progress that has been scheduled and provide progress reports to immediate superior
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints, including topographical and geotechnical analysis.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, PEB, surveyors, and environmental specialists, to execute the project as per designs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards, including local regulations and industry best practices.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, specifications and other project documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and coordinate contractors and construction teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Utilize advanced civil engineering software and tools for project planning and management, including BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or delays.
- Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and community representatives, to ensure project alignment with expectations and foster positive relationships.
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within projects, identifying opportunities to incorporate green technologies and practices.
- Identify and resolve snag points after project completion to ensure quality and satisfaction.

- 5 – 8 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with Greenfield construction
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of materials standards and key parts established Branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Cross cultural skills and willing to travel
- Good in written and verbal English
- Engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
