We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Expert to join our Poznań office.

Your future team:

As a Procurement Business Process Expert, you’ll be a part of Group Sourcing and Procurement (GSP). Our team is a group of highly skilled procurement professionals with a strong business focus.

What will you be doing:

As the Procurement Business Process Expert you will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, and implementing the end-to-end procurement processes. You'll ensure alignment and harmonization of processes within the Group Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) in conformity with legal and regulatory requirements as well as Group Standards and oversees the integration of various projects such as P2P (Purchase to pay software) and others, aimed at shaping and influencing procurement processes.

Your responsibilities will be focused on:

Process Harmonization and Strategy

  • Map and align current and future procurement processes across operational and strategic procurement.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for GSP procurement process harmonization within the P2P implementation.
  • Standardize procurement processes across all GSP units to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Project Collaboration and Integration

  • Collaborate with the P2P project team to integrate software and align workflows with standard P2P processes.
  • Coordinate with GOT BPOs (Business Process Owner) and Group Finance to ensure procurement processes align with group-wide standards and supply chain needs.
  • Actively contribute to ERP and digital tool integration projects to enhance procurement efficiency.

Continuous Process Improvement

  • Own the Procurement & Purchasing Panel; collect and prioritize stakeholder feedback for process enhancements.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to drive procurement process improvements.
  • Identify risks in procurement workflows and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor process performance and adjust strategies to align with organizational goals.

Process Ownership and Governance

  • Lead mapping and strategic alignment of procurement processes across GSP.
  • Ensure effective P2P integration, act as primary procurement process contact, and promote best practices across sites.
  • Enable cross-functional communication to adapt P2P to factory needs while maintaining group standards.
  • Develop and audit high-level SOPs for compliance and standardization across factories.
  • Design and update training programs to keep procurement teams aligned with evolving tools, procedures, and standards.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within an industrial company.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Proven track record in process improvement, including Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with experience leading change initiatives.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective global communication.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Advanced change management expertise.
