We are seeking a Team Leader, Master Data position based in our Poznań location to join the Master Data Operations team.

Your future team:  

You will join the Master Data Operations Team, a fast-growing department of 25 people. As we expand, we’re creating a new third team (7-10 people) focusing on material Master Data.

What you will be doing: 

As part of Master Data Operations, you will be operating at the core of our business, where your leadership skills will lead to better business processes throughout the entire value chain. Within your field, you will work on a variety of assignments with a high level of responsibility – from analyzing business performance, process improvements to ensuring quality of data and operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of Material Master Data to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded
  • Securing compliance to Service Level Agreements and handling escalations in a professional manner
  • Driving process, service standardization, and change across ROCKWOOL entities with support from Group Functions
  • Driving digitalization and improving of data quality with support from Group Functions
  • Identifying and successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with other GBS teams and Group functions
  • Supporting of group projects completion
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Acting as a role model and leads Master Data specialists and the team to deliver high quality services
  • Setting standards and overseeing talent development, including recruitment, appraisals, succession planning, and workforce capability building
  • Conducting employee development conversations, including competence assessment
  • Performing other tasks assigned by a supervisor

What you bring:  

  • University degree
  • Minimum 8 professional experience and 3 years working experience in leadership position
  • Advanced knowledge of Master data
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationship across the teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Possess analytical skills
  • High affinity for automation and standardization
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Quality- and efficiency-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Risk-oriented approach with a focus on internal controls
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate challenges
