You will be covering marketing communication, digital marketing and PR activities within the markets of Romania and Bulgaria.
This is the role
Secure local implementation of company purpose and positioning
Implement design, layout, and contents for all outgoing marketing communication, securing visual identity and tone of voice across all communication tools and channels
Secure coordination with external stakeholders (agencies, printing companies, others…)
Copy writing - Editorial content (brochures, web, Social Media, and other communication platforms…)
Strengthen brand awareness through the following actions, defining the correct KPI’s and keeping track of the ROI:
Marketing communication related PR / advertisement / media planning / e-mailing campaigns /digital advertisement
Social media strategy and execution
Support in the implementation of lead generation actions/campaigns according to the strategy and define the correct KPI’s to follow the plans.
Create and manage the logistic aspect of promo materials for events (seminars, workshops, trade fairs, etc.) and other purposes (gifts for occasions), POS materials as well as printed materials creation, distribution and storage..
In collaboration with Sales Department, according to the strategy, support in the implementation of the main sales promotion actions/campaigns and events, defining the correct KPIs to follow the plans.
Maintain customer contact in order to keep connection with the market, in collaboration with sales.
Support in securing the correct implementation of digital tools and digital advertisement
Co-ordinate and monitor local web site contents and online advertising material
Assure that the web site contents, software and applications respect the local law and Group policies, according to input from the legal department, and including the technical specialist when necessary
Continuous improvement on website content
Increase customer experience and improve internal processes via digital tools
Newsletter and general comm creation with Marketo tool
Implement internal and corporate communication for promotional campaigns and advertising
Contribute on the financial management of the department (budget, estimations, expenditures)
This is who you are
A bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent analytical skills
