Your future team

You will be a part of Controlling Services. Our continuously growing department of over 30 professionals handling a range of commercial and factory controlling tasks. By combining high-quality data with modern tools and technology, we support colleagues around the world.

What you will be doing

  • preparing business reports, including consolidated group reporting for top management;
  • ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial results and cost allocations, enabling reliable profitability analysis;
  • analyzing trends, deviations from plans, and key drivers impacting performance;
  • calculating customer bonuses and salesforce incentives;
  • delivering ad hoc analyses and providing decision‑making support;
  • offering proactive business advisory by recommending actions to improve performance, cost efficiency, and process effectiveness;
  • identifying issues, conducting root‑cause analyses, and proposing solutions;
  • initiating and implementing improvements in controlling, reporting, and analytical processes;
  • building strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact in the area of commercial controlling;
  • coordinating cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure data consistency and effective problem‑solving;
  • contributing to the development of our service portfolio by participating in transition projects, supporting process harmonization within the Rockwool Group, and enhancing controlling tools and reporting solutions.

What you bring

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting, controlling and financial analysis/reporting (Master degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields);
  • A good command of SAP FI/CO/COPA
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach, problem solving skills and adaptability;
  • Written and spoken English proficiency;
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
