Are you a detail-oriented financial analyst with a passion for process improvement and risk management? Join our team as a Business Analyst and drive critical transformation projects that directly impact ROCKWOOL's profitability and control environment. 

You will be a part of Controlling Services. Our continuously growing department of over 30 professionals handling a range of commercial and factory controlling tasks. By combining high-quality data with modern tools and technology, we support colleagues around the world.

What you will be doing

  • Design and maintain internal control mechanisms for quote validation between systems (SAP and quotation tool).

  • Lead the harmonization of customer rebate/bonus processes and align them with system functionalities.

  • Perform variance analysis, support managers with ad-hoc reporting, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Validate data accuracy, perform reconciliations, support system testing and data transformation activities.

  • Identify process gaps, implement best practices, and develop clear and comprehensive process documentation.

  • Plan and execute user acceptance tests (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and ensure high‑quality system deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in design workshops, and support knowledge sharing.

  • Develop expertise in financial and operational systems through ongoing hands‑on involvement.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business analysis

  • Background in process improvement or internal controls is advantageous

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Working knowledge of SAP with good understanding flows and objects within modules: SD-CO-FI

  • Fluent English (professional level – spoken and written)

  • Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solver competency

  • Organized and excellent at prioritization

  • Adaptable and collaborative
