I am part of Rockfon and it is very family friendly. Everyone has worked side by side for 20-30 years so there is a huge commitment to each other both inside and outside the office. With COVID, it has been very inspiring to see ROCKWOOL supporting employees with personal issues. Because we are in HR, we are the first in line to know people’s problems and being able to support people has been a really big factor.
