Growing on an everyday basis

For us, learning and development is key to ensuring employees have the right competence and are motivated to performAs we see it, most of your development takes place in your daily work – collaborating with others, gaining new experience and increasing your skills – and we make sure to provide you with the relevant tools to grow and expand in your role. In addition to that, we offer targeted learning and development opportunities to our employees.  

The development of our leaders is also in focus and we just launched our own ROCKWOOL Leadership Programmes which a great number of our leaders will participate in. The ROCKWOOL Leadership Programmes cover all leaders from our factory-based supervisors to our senior management teams.
