You will report to Commercial Director and collaborate with the field sales teams and  support departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics)  to  align and ensure a unified and efficient customer experience.

The Inside Sales team Leader  is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and developing the team of Inside Sales Representatives, in order to achieve sales objectives and quality standards in the relationship with customers.

You will ensure the implementation and compliance with commercial processes (lead management, quotation, order tracking and follow-up), monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct periodic coaching to increase individual and team performance.

This is the role:

  • Direct supervision of Inside Sales representatives; setting individual and team objectives; monitoring daily and monthly performance.

  • Providing constructive feedback; coaching and mentoring, identifying training needs; organizing internal training sessions; modelling positive behaviours through personal example.

  • Conducting periodic evaluations; recognizing performance; creating a motivating and results-oriented environment; sales targets and incentives.

  • Monitoring the team's prospecting activities; identifying highest-performing channels; optimizing processes to increase efficiency.

  • Ensuring all representatives follow communication, qualification, and follow-up protocols; implementing standardized procedures across the team.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation strategies; feedback with the sales team on quality and lead handover.

  • Developing and implementing lead generation plans based on data and performance; identifying priority channels.

  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of records in CRM; implementing periodic data cleaning procedures; verifying data.

  • Analysing lead trends; identifying improvement opportunities; reporting on sources, conversion rates, campaign performance.

  • Preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management; tracking key performance indicators (conversion rate, lead volume, lead quality, response time).

  • Collaborating with the data analysis team to develop dashboards; real-time performance tracking.

  • Alignment with sales and marketing: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover; feedback on lead quality

  • Working with Customer Service, Specifications, and other departments; ensuring a holistic perspective.

  • Attending regular team meetings; contributing to business decisions and growth plans with strategic participation

This is who you are

  • Bachelor degree

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position with  proven experience in leading, managing, and developing sales teams or direct reports

  • Advanced skills with corporate productivity tools and web presentation

  • Experience working with MS Dynamics or a similar CRM

  • Integrity, highly organized and analytical

  • Negotiation skills, very good communication skills, initiative and flexibility, team player

  • Advanced prioritization and planning skills
