Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

What you will be doing:
The Product Manager will help build and own the Grid category strategy by telling our story, promoting our products, and putting our solutions in the spotlight to highlight the sustainable benefits vital for ROCKFON's growth. As a strong communicator, maintain our reputation across stakeholder groups and build trust in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a multi-year product strategy aligned with market opportunities and organizational objectives through competitive analysis and market research.
Define product positioning to maximize commercial opportunity and margin, create features and benefits for roadmap projects, and drive them through NPD milestones in partnership with R&D and Operations.
Serve as the product champion, build out and action commercial plans aligned with organizational objectives, leverage voice of customer insights to identify opportunities and risks, and own all technical information and collateral, ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
Drive the marketing communication team providing insight for key product launches to create leads and generate new business. Own, drive and develop the product area with a view to maximizing commercial opportunities.
Define product performance levels and compliance needs matched with market requirements.
Pricing and margin development.
Proactively utilize voice of customer insights to identify current and future opportunities and risks.
Own technical information including all collateral ensuring accuracy across all platforms, printed, pdf and web.
Own and drive key relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Evaluate competition and position product line to maximize opportunity and margin.
Be the product champion, build out and action commercial plans in line with organizations commercial plans.
What you bring:
3+ Years Experience in Product Management, Project Management, Product Development, Marketing & Sales role in required in Building Products Industry or preferred in the Ceiling Industry
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Experience in managing a portfolio of products related to Construction industry, B2B or Industrial goods.
Travel requires up to 25% of the year
Facilitation skills – ability to lead small to medium groups of internal stakeholders towards desired outcomes to meet business objectives
Strong communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
