About this product
ROCKWOOL Curtainrock® is a stone wool insulation board designed for use in ASTM E2307 tested perimeter fire containment systems in spandrel and mullion cover applications.
Available unfaced or with a reinforced foil facing (RFF), Curtainrock is noncombustible and fire resistant, and will not develop smoke or promote flame spread when exposed to fire.
Curtainrock is also moisture repellent and dimensionally stable, supporting long term thermal performance.

Why use stone wool insulation
- Noncombustible and fire resistant, stone wool works to contain a fire and prevent its spread.
- Dimensionally stable, stone wool does not expand or contract due to temperature variances.
- Durable inorganic material that does not rot or promote the growth of mildew, fungi or bacteria
- Approved for use as a component of UL and ULC approved perimeter fire containment systems.
