About VENTROCK DD
ROCKWOOL VentRock DD stone wool slab (VR‑DD) is a ROCKWOOL insulation product manufactured from basalt and other natural stones using a specialized pendulum‑based fiber‑forming process. The raw materials are melted at approximately 1450 °C and fiberized by centrifugal spinning. Compared with conventional stone wool slabs, VR‑DD features lower unit weight, strong bonding strength with coating mortars, excellent thermal insulation performance, and ease of installation, providing integrated performance in energy efficiency, fire safety, acoustic insulation, durability and dimensional stability, and sustainability.
